Key Responsibilities:
- Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with business objectives, targeting specific audiences across various channels (digital, social, traditional).
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and performance tracking.
- Channel Optimization: Analyze media performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Identify and evaluate new media opportunities.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all media platforms.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with media vendors and manage relationships to secure favorable rates and placements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 3+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in a digital-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of media channels, including digital advertising, social media marketing, and traditional media.
- Proficiency in media planning and buying tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising platforms).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
