Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including websites, brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Branding: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual solutions.
- Image Editing & Manipulation: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual quality and create compelling visuals.
- Production & Pre-press: Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (portfolio demonstrating strong design skills is essential).
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong 1 understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. 2
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Web design or UX/UI design experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
